How do I make payment?
We accept payment via paystack. A secured and accredited payment gateway that allows you to pay for any of our consultation packages via credit card, debit card, money transfer, and mobile money.
How do I access the Classroom?
Once you log into your account, you will be able to enter your Classroom. On the left-hand side of your Classroom is your navigation menu. Here you will find the navigation links to access your course details, as well as your account settings. If you’re enrolled in multiple SME Shop programs, you will see all the programs you are enrolled in on your Classroom homepage. From the homepage, you have the ability to select which SME Shop course you want to start and also get your certificate upon course completion.
Can I access the SME Shop on mobile?
Yes. The SME Shop is built to be mobile optimized hence you can access the website and classroom on desktop, mobile and tablet via any browser.
Do I get a certificate on SME Shop?
Yes. Subscribing to any of our consultation packages gives you access to all the courses and certificate upon completion.
Are there free courses on SME Shop?
We have paid courses on SME Shop. Visit the courses page to see the different courses available on the platform.
